The Steam version of SAS #4 is not the original that was on NinjaKiwi. That version is still available in the NinjaKiwi Archive along with your old save if you had it. Honestly, it’s dead and abandoned, also a bit less pretty. I miss my old gear, but I’m happy with the new version. The Steam version seems to match the mobile version and I believe I’ve been cross-playing with a bunch of mobile gamers. Much easier to get a crew together off Steam, big plus. Equipment crafting in the NK version was super grindy. Had to farm alloy from bosses and LOTS of money (this version is easier to farm money, Survivors money drops now scale with your level). I miss that because of the sheer number of loot available. There’s never any guarantee that a strongbox, even Nanto, has the gear or weapon you were wanting. Even if it’s the thing you were looking for, there’s no guarantee it’ll be a high grade/multi-star. With crafting, even with the grind, you had a much better chance working towards the exact kind of gear you wanted for your build. That’s what made the grind worth it.
