My playthrough of The Guardian Stone has been so much more enjoyable than I had originally thought it was going to be. When my friend told me about this game I was hesitant to pick up another Tower Defense as ones in the past usually had a pretty short lifespan for something that our friend group plays. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Guardian Stone was quite different from other Tower Defenses that I’d played before and had quite a lot of gameplay to explore and enjoy for both singleplayer and multiplayer adventures. I was honestly surprised by this game, I’ve been sent some other games made by solo creators(friends of friends), and a lot was left to be desired in the other games, Progression was meaningless and monotonous. The guardian stone blew me away with fun combat and a unique game genre. Personally i would like to see more of a story-line to go with this game, as far as graphics go they are clean and the game feels smooth. Adding co-op is simple.
