About Project Ghoul: I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single farther to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game for Christmas from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. About Rift Royale: I’ve recently installed Port Royale 2 for old times’ sake. Playing Port Royale 2 made me realize how superior of a product that older game is. Not only is the UI a hundred times better AND has more functionality, everything is displayed more nicely, you get a better overview. It has much much more charme than this game. Playing Port Royale 2 feels more satisfying, both in setting up production chains, supplying cities and trading....

About Sonic Speed Simulator: What should have been a definitive release for the Mega Drive/Genesis classics. Unfortunately this was rushed out of the door and there’s glitches and bugs galore (weird physics, somehow being able to outrun the game to name a couple). As well as DLC that really should have been part of the base game. Also for some reason the opening pre-rendered cinematic was a stuttery mess and the menu system performed quite poorly also....

About Spotify: Nice little time killer indeed! The store page gives a good description of the game itself. You find positive and negative of a pattern, and together they make a whole circle. Not the entire board will be cleared; you get the next batch of icons after you found all matches. It’s a bit like some minigames in Hidden Object games. I rather like that I can play this standalone now....

About Work At A Pizza Place: I’d like to point out that there is a FREE version of this game available on mobile devices. When I saw this port I was ecstatic because I thought they added a bunch of new items or upgrades to the shop, but it’s the exact same game with some glaring mistakes. It’s just boring…I wanted so much more from the PC version of this game but it’s nothing more than a port with some modified controls....

About Wormface: It’s nice to return to a 2D style after a few outings with a 2.5D style that in my opinion, didn’t work either in terms of looks and game feel. Things feel more responsive here, the classes are gone (as well as dynamic water) and it feels a lot closer to playing Armageddon or Reloaded… which is probably part of the problem. I can imagine Team17 feels a need to breathe new life into this franchise with each release considering how venerable it is and how much the core gameplay has remained the same over the years....

About Animal Simulator: Campaign : the campaign is great, it offers fun challenges and allows you to explore the game at a nice pace, it took about 2 hours to finish it, even when struggling and finding the cheese. HOWEVER they have not touched it or added new maps since including the new units and you can therefore not use the new units in the campaign which is a Terrible shame because this means you’ll have to make your own fun with them....
