About Football Fusion 2: The games themselves are much quicker than an XCOM mission, and because you can see the chances of success for different actions, it feels like you’re a lot more strategically responsible for your wins and losses than your average game of FIFA, when you’re largely at the mercy of the garbage passing AI vs. the wildly inconsistent defending. Honestly, I could go on. The brilliant tutorials and accessible manual, the ingenious resource management mechanics (seriously, simple but brilliant), the sponsor objectives… Besides a couple of issues that are largely quality-of-life – the transfer list system is not very user-friendly, for instance, and the load times are oppressive for a game this low on graphical intensity – for an indie game, I would give this game a 9/10 minimum....

About Fruit Warriors: I have never gotten into this franchise but my wife asked if this was available for Vr a few weeks ago. I just saw it pop up on the Vive Subreddit (great community there btw) and purchased it to suprise her. So far…she hasn’t had a turn. Obviously….I had to test it first! It was much more fun playing than I ever thought it would have been. Not sure if it has to do with VR but I had a blast....

About JitCity KICK: Very good. Don’t be fooled that you have to plan and then let it run, you can plan and let it run, plan, pause and change the plan as you go or have no plan and just plan as you go. That is what makes it great. Quite a big upgrade from Door Kickers 1, looks a lot better. Solid controls, fun gameplay loop, tons of customization, and the modding community (at least in regard to maps) is highly engaged and making new content all the time....

About Lightsaber Arena: Good game, don’t buy if you’re under 6 foot because it breaks the damn game, and the enemies are giant. I’m going to start this off with a positive note. I think this game is really cool, the combat is pretty good, if a little janky. The environments are awesome. And the enemies look cool. HOWEVER! DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU ARE UNDER 6 FOOT.
