About Islands:
Completing all avaliable missions (14 at the moment of writing the review) at hard level took me approximately 8 hours. A lot of missions required adjusting the skill tree before start, because there is a need to use different tactics based on enemy types/available resources. At the beginning game seems to be a little bit difficult, but the more skill points you have, the less demanding it becomes. Last missions are not challenging at all when you collected all available skill points, so focusing on the initial levels is essential in order to succeed in the final part. The biggest disadvantage of the game is the number of missions, which is to low to show the full potential of Ancient Islands š I hope that we will see some more maps, where we can use all of the various mechanisms provided by the game. Was kinda fun at first but got too hard too fast. There is never any time to just chill, always need to hurry and do something. And if you get bit/injuredā¦just downhill from there. Macaque in camp, ignoreā¦get bit. Macaque in camp, attackā¦get bit. Repeat. No tutorials. No ability to adjust difficulty to just figure some things out first. Just thrown in to scramble. Great idea, but I donāt need huge challenge on every game I play, sometimes I want to get away from the real world and have fun.
