About Drive World:
I am delighted with the significant improvements after the 1.1 update. Setting up my wheel, pedals, and H-Shifter now only take a few minutes, allowing me to start driving without delay. The only suggestion I have for further improvement is the inclusion of Tobi Eye Tracking / TrackIR, hard to drive without it after other driving games. I eagerly anticipate the progress and can’t wait to see the full game of Truck World: Australia. It does have mouse steering support which is good, but you can’t change speed of steering (changing camera X speed somehow affects this BUT if this is intended then it’s the worst design). From this demo now I really am making sure I keep an eye on when this game releases because I like the fact that you can actually get out of the truck and walk around it as well as having to hook up the hoses and make sure the landing gear is raised and lowered. Being able to actually do stuff outside of the cab is what other truck simulators have been missing for me. Plus the older semi truck model is pretty cool as well. Interactive buttons inside the cab are also cool. Hope the full game turns out good. I would certainly recommend this game for all the truckie fans.. The developers has really put a lot of effort into this game. I really like to see how the developers create the entire road map of Australia.
