About D-DAY:
The premise of the game is simple enough: you are one of the few survivors in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. Your goal is to scavenge for resources, build a base and fend off hordes of undead while trying to survive as long as possible. However, the execution of this concept is what really sets 7 Days to Die apart. The game features an intricate crafting system that requires you to scavenge for different materials and combine them in unique ways to create tools, weapons, and even fortifications. This aspect of the game is incredibly satisfying as you feel like you are truly surviving in a world where every resource is scarce. However, the real horror of 7 Days to Die lies in the game’s titular mechanics. Every seventh day a horde of zombies will invade your base and you must fight them to survive. These hordes are incredibly challenging and will test your skills as a player. The sound of the zombies approaching, the frantic gunshots and explosions, and the constant fear of death make these days some of the most intense and heartbreaking moments of any game I’ve ever played.
